The Centre is closed Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day and half day Anzac Day. Selected store trading hours may vary. 

 PARENTS ROOM

The Parents Room is located in the amenities corridor between Suite 62 and Telstra.  The Parents Room is equipped with a microwave oven to warm bottles and food, safety nappy change tables, private feedings rooms and a children's toilet with a safety seat.

Carnes Hill Marketplace has dedicated "Parents With Prams" parking spaces located close to all three entries to the mall for your convenience.

  COMMUNITY

Local community and sporting groups, charity groups and local dance and theatre groups are cordially invited to promote their services or promote team registrations at the Centre or perform on Centre stage.  Please contact Centre Management Office on 9608 0344  to discuss your event and book a space.

A new neighbours group and Mothers group meet at Gloria Jeans Coffee every morning at 9:30am.

If you have a local event happening, contact Centre Management and if we have availability of space, we would be happy to advertise it for you on our web page, if we deem it appropriate for our target audience. 

 DISABLED FACILITIES

Carnes Hill Marketplace has 13 disabled parking spaces located close to all three major entries to the mall for your convenience.  Additional disabled parking facilities are provided adjacent to the Big W garden centre to provide quick and easy access to the store.

A disabled ramp has been installed adjacent to the bus stop for convenient access to the Centre and local buses are equipped with disabled lift facilities.

A wheelchair is available from Centre Management Office to assist you.  Call the office on 9608 0344 or security on 0414 456 941 to arrange for one of our staff to meet you at your car to enable you to transfer to the chair safely.

A disabled toilet is also available, located in the amenities corridor, between Suite 62 and Telstra.

CASUAL MALL LEASING

Small businesses looking to promote their business or products can do so at reasonable rates, trading from a retail cart or tables in the mall.  Carts are available for hire on a week to week basis and come equipped with the right merchandising materials and equipment to display your product lines effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
