We’re enhancing Carnes Hill Marketplace with a refreshed brand identity and a centre-wide ambience upgrade - creating a more welcoming, modern and cohesive experience for our community.

At Carnes Hill Marketplace, we’ve listened closely to feedback from our customers and community, and we’re excited to be delivering a significant ambience upgrade to enhance the overall shopping experience.

This transformation will span the entire centre - from arrival in the external carpark through to the internal mall and amenities, creating a more cohesive, contemporary environment that is both visually appealing and functional.

As part of this evolution, we are also introducing a refreshed brand identity. While the Carnes Hill Marketplace name remains unchanged, the updated logo and design reflect the unique character of the local area - bringing together modern convenience, natural surroundings and the community spirit that defines the centre.

The new brand draws inspiration from key elements of the region:

• Community – celebrating connection, families and suburban life
• Pathways – reflecting the network of roads and movement through the area
• Farmlands – acknowledging the region’s agricultural heritage and green spaces
• Urban – representing growth, development and local sporting facilities

These elements are expressed through a blend of natural, architectural and dynamic shapes, with a colour palette inspired by the centre’s iconic terracotta tones.

 

 

Enhancing the Centre Experience

Upgrades throughout the centre will focus on improving both ambience and consistency, helping create a seamless journey for customers:

•   Refreshed external façade and entry points with updated finishes to soften and modernise arrival

•   New furniture, greenery and styling to enhance comfort and usability throughout the mall

•   Upgraded architectural details, including skylights and feature lighting, to introduce warmth and visual interest

•   Refined centre branding and signage to ensure a more cohesive look and feel

 

 

Upgraded Amenities

Our amenities are also being refreshed to deliver a more comfortable, welcoming and contemporary experience. Enhancements will include:

•   Warmer finishes through updated paint and tiling

•   New fixtures including basins, mirrors and cabinetry for a more homely feel

•   Upgraded toilets, partitions, lighting and change facilities

•   Improvements to the parents’ room to better support families and carers
